Pho prepares for Glasgow arrival

A popular Vietnamese street food concept is set to open in central Glasgow on Friday 8 March. 

Pho will launch on Renfield Street next week, offering 'Free Pho Day' to all from midday until stock runs out. 

The venue will be the group's second site in Scotland, joining the existing Edinburgh St James's Quarter restaurant. 

Pho, which was founded by husband and wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall, is known for its aromatic and nutritious rice noodle soups and authentic Vietnamese food. 

The Glasgow outpost, set in the former Moss Bros shop, will accommodate 100 covers. Following the launch, Pho's full menu will be available for locals to order via Deliveroo or click-and-collect from Monday 18 March. 

Libby Andrews, Pho's marketing director, comments: "Glasgow has been on our radar for some time and we are so excited to finally become a part of the city's vibrant and diverse community. Hopefully, Glaswegians will love what we have to offer!"
