Signalling the long-awaited return of the H2O Publishing Road Test, Laurence Tottingham, development chef at Revolution Bars Group, trials Arla Pro’s Crispy Coated Cheese Patty

At long last, team Dine Out are pleased to present the latest instalment of the H2O Publishing Road test. The initiative, derived from our very own parent company, brings one of the industry’s leading suppliers together with a highly skilled chef from the sector. It’s then that chef’s job to put a key product through its paces in the Road Test studios to explore a range of recipes and cooking techniques. Why? To create a straightforward summary and guide for the wider market, who can then discover the perks of the product in question and how it can best be used in their own commercial kitchens.

The most recent Road Test saw Laurence Tottingham, development chef at Revolution Bars Group, set tummies rumbling with a delightful product from Arla Pro. The full demo can be viewed below.
