The Coniston recruits new F&B manager

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa has appointed Katherine Renhard as its new food and beverage (F&B) manager. 

Having relocated from Norwich four years ago, Renhard now brings her 24 years' experience in hospitality to The Coniston Hotel. With a degree specialising in wine and a passion for fine dining, Renhard prides herself on her exemplary service provision.

On top of leading the hotel's three dining outlets – The View Restaurant, Macleod's Bar & Lounge and Blossom Kitchen – Renhard will provide training for the venue's less experienced team members. The new F&B manager will also work alongside chefs to curate a dining offering the team hopes will place The Coniston firmly on the local dining map. 

Nick Bannister, owner and director of the hotel, says of the appointment: "Our dining offering has grown significantly over the last couple of years, from beautifully refurbished restaurants to exciting menu concepts, and we are excited to further enhance this with Katherine's arrival.
