Dirty Bones comes to Boxpark this week

Dirty Bones has confirmed that REEF will be bringing the brand's burgers and NYC-style comfort food to south London.

From its new home in Boxpark’s signature shipping container outlets, Dirty Bones will be serving up a range of burgers, fried chicken, mac and cheese, and fries to foodies in Croydon. This will be Dirty Bones’ second location in south London, coming after its December introduction in the new REEF food hall concept at Gravity Wandsworth.

Guests can expect much-loved dishes like The Classic – a double dry-aged steak burger with American cheese, red onion, gherkins and house relish; the Mac Daddy – a double dry-aged steak burger topped with pulled beef short rib, mac and cheese and espresso-spiked BBQ sauce; the Got No Beef – a plant-based patty with vegan cheese, sesame slaw, vegan mayo and house relish; the Mac & Cheese – aged and smoked cheddar macaroni with parmesan breadcrumbs; and fried chicken, made using the Dirty Bones’ signature koji brining – an ingredient from Japan that makes the chicken extra juicy and coating extra crispy, served on its own or on waffles with shots of hot maple and cool ranch sauce.

The venue officially opens its doors on Thursday 16 March.
