What to expect

Sixteen talented chefs from across the UK will battle it out in a live cook-off, showcasing their skills to claim the coveted title. Attendees can expect to see a mix of popular high-street brands and up-and-coming independents.

Among the finalists are well-known groups such as pub company Wells & Co, My Delhi Indian Streetery and Thai Leisure Group, alongside independents like Baked Bird and the 2022 champions, Birria Bandits.

In addition to the coveted title, the winner will secure a rent-free, one-month residency at Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant & Castle, giving them a unique opportunity to showcase their talents in one of London’s vibrant food markets.
