AA announces Rosette Awards for spring 2025
Restaurants recognised in this year's AA Rosette Awards were announced at an official ceremony on Tuesday, 18 February, at the RAK Ceramics Design Hub, London.
Two of the newly awarded restaurants have received four AA Rosettes, while fifteen have received three AA Rosettes, further cementing the UK's position as a force in world-class dining.
The recipients
Venues that have been awarded three Rosettes this year include Allt Yr Afon at The Wolfcastle, Haverfordwest; Maiden Arch, Barnstaple; The Unruly Pig, Woodbridge; Mark Poynton at Caistor Hall, Norwich; Elements, Glasgow; CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, London; Chef's Table by Josh Barnes, Rippon; Fifty Two, Harrogate; Mauro Colagreco (at Raffles at the OWO), London; Sael, London; The Small Holding, Kilndown; Prithvi, Cheltenham; 1215 Restaurant ar Fairmont Windsor Park, Windsor; Auberge du Lac, Welwyn; and Emerald Restaurant, Maften.
Surrey-based restaurant The Tudor Pass was one of two establishments to receive four Rosettes, standing out for its intimate, sophisticated dining experience and a menu that showcases seasonal delicacies. Meanwhile, Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal in the capital also impressed the anonymous AA inspectors, who praised it as “one of London’s most elegantly stylish dining rooms with cooking to match.”
