Kêu launches in Borough

Vietnamese Kitchen has officially opened its fourth Kêu site, bringing its famed Saigon street food to Borough.

Kêu Borough continues to serve its authentic lunch menu, including its signature bánh mì alongside noodle and rice dishes. The new location is also open for extended hours, catering to late-night noodle cravings.

Situated between London Bridge and Borough Market, the new Kêu offers premium noodles that are hand-pulled, in-house, using traditional techniques from Saigon’s Chinatown.

On the menu

Highlights include Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang, consisting of rice noodles with umami pork stock, topped with pork and prawns; bánh mì Hội An, featuring ham, spiced pork belly, chicken liver pâté and Hội An's special pâté sauce, as well as the much loved bánh mì thịt nướng, filled with honey-glazed pork shoulder, lemongrass and five spice.

Drinks such as traditional Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk will be offered, along with Saigon lime soda, homemade lemonade and a range of beers.

The restaurant has been designed to emulate a Saigon street kitchen, featuring traditional noodle-house seating.
