Emilia's to open new flagship store in Victoria

Crafted pasta brand Emilia's will launch a new flagship store in London's Victoria this summer.
The new location will offer Emilia’s signature pasta dishes, freshly made every morning with 100% natural ingredients. The Victoria branch, located just a stone's throw from Victoria Station, the Houses of Parliament and St James's Park, will join the group's growing collection of restaurants across the capital, following its first opening in St. Katharine Docks (2016), then Aldgate (2019), Canary Wharf (2022) and Baker Street (2024).

The new site will seat 100 diners – 70 indoors across two floors and 30 more outside. The interior design will be inspired by 20th-century Italian station cafes and bistros, paying homage to its close vicinity to one of London's busiest stations.
As with all other locations, Victoria will feature a fully open kitchen with counter seating. A mirrored-back bar will welcome all diners, while a custom-made pasta-making station will be visible from the outside.
Menu highlights include Emilia’s signature Casarecce Truffled Cacio e pepe and the hearty minimum four-hour slow-cooked Pappardelle Béchamel Bolognese.
Founder and CEO Andrew Macleod says of the upcoming launch: “We're thrilled to open our fifth Emilia’s restaurant in vibrant Victoria – our largest and most ambitious restaurant to date!
"Following our success in East London, the City, Canary Wharf and Baker Street, this flagship marks a major milestone, making Emilia’s the UK’s first five-site pasta restaurant group. We’re committed to making fresh, comforting pasta with 100% natural ingredients affordable for everyone. With this new Central London location, we take another step towards continuing our mission to become the UK’s favourite pasta brand for the next generation."
