Rudy's headed for Bristol

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is bringing its Neapolitan pizzas to Bristol this summer, also creating 35 new jobs to the local area.

The new pizzeria will be located in the heart of the city, transforming the former Royal Bank of Scotland branch on Baldwin Street, which has been vacant since 2021. The 3,000 sq ft venue will offer 120 indoor covers, with plans including an outdoor seating area with 35 additional covers.

Since launching in Ancoats, Manchester, in 2015, the brand has grown a following for its authentic Neapolitan dough, made fresh daily with Caputo '00' flour. The Bristol venue will mark the group's 34th site nationwide.

The city's new dining spot will offer pizzas, dips and classic Italian desserts, paired with spritzes, lagers and soft drinks.

Commenting on the upcoming launch, Rudy's MD Neal Bates, says: "We can’t wait to re-open the doors of this previously unloved site in Bristol and share our passion for Neapolitan pizza with future Rudy’s lovers in the city!

“With its energetic city centre, rich culture, and thriving food scene, Bristol feels like a perfect fit for us. We’re excited to join the incredible restaurants and bars already here and become part of what makes this city so special."
