Incipio Group to launch four new concepts at Olympia

Hospitality operator Incipio Group is preparing to launch four new dining and drinking destinations at London's Olympia.

Situated in west London, the 14-acre redevelopment is part of a £1.3bn cultural regeneration project, creating a new food and entertainment venue while building on Olympia's 140-year legacy.

The four new concepts – Arbour, Wolves of Tokyo, Lillie’s and Juno – will position Olympia as a culinary hotspot for its 10 million expected annual visitors, with the first openings slated for October.

'Ambitious and diverse'

Incipio Group, known for several destinations across the capital, including Pergola on the Wharf and The Libertine, will head up almost half of all food and beverage outlets at Olympia, occupying 40,000 sq ft of hospitality space.

Wolves of Tokyo will be a Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar. The 8,000 sq ft venue will offer 300 covers and include a 125-capacity rooftop space.

There will also be Juno, set to be the largest Italian restaurant in the UK, nestled within the Grade II-listed Olympia National Hall building. It will have a capacity for up to 252 covers across 11,000 sq ft. Inspired by English gardens and Kensington's historic vineyards, Lillie's will feature a menu of British small plates paired with sparkling wines and Champagne, complete with panoramic views and up to 250 covers.

Designed to serve the daily tide of eventgoers, theatre lovers and professionals, Arbour will be a two-level bar covering 15,000 sq ft. It will house four food concepts of its own, including gourmet fried chicken, smash burgers, farm-to-fork eats and artisan coffee.

Ed Davenport, CEO of Incipio Group, comments: "These venues represent our most ambitious and diverse project to date. We've crafted four distinct concepts that celebrate the best of global food culture while offering something truly special for London. OIympia gives us the perfect platform to deliver unforgettable experiences at scale."
