The Beefy Boys confirm fifth restaurant opening

Oxfordshire’s burger scene is set to gain an award-winning brand this September, with The Beefy Boys confirming the planned launch of a fifth brick-and-mortar restaurant at Westgate Oxford.
Following successful openings in Hereford, Shrewsbury, Cheltenham and Bath, The Beefy Boys will now bring its champion burgers and American-style barbecue food to the prime Oxford location.
Founded by four childhood friends, The Beefy Boys soon became legends on the UK food scene, having won Burger of the Year and Burger Chef of the Year at the National Burger Awards in 2023.
Smashed patties, indulgent flavours
Famed for its smashed patties and use of high-quality grass-fed Herefordshire beef, the Oxford menu will be stacked with Beefy Boys fan favourites. The Beefy Boy Burger, Oklahoma Onion Boy and Dirty Boy will feature, alongside the bold Peanut Butter and Jelly Boy.
In addition to its iconic burgers, the offering will include a range of sides and barbecue classics, such as Pastrami Fries, Millionaire Fries (topped with truffle oil, parmesan and chipotle mayo) and Mac & Cheese Balls.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders and Buffalo & Blue Cheese Chicken Wings will be available for those seeking something different, while veggie and vegan-friendly options include the Beanie Boy and Leafy Boy burgers.
Speaking of the upcoming launch, co-founder Anthony 'Murf' Murphy comments: "Oxford has always been high up on our list of dream restaurant locations. It's a city full of culture, energy and food-lovers, so we can't wait to fire up the grill and introduce our signature smashed patties and dirty burgers to this amazing city."
