The Ivy Collection launches British Icons Menu

The Ivy Collection is celebrating British summer with the best of British flavours and favourites in its new British Icons Menu.
Available in restaurants nationwide until the end of June, the menu is priced at £27.95 for two courses or £34.95 for three, and includes a glass of Ivy Guest Champagne.

With many stand-out events in June, including King Charles III's birthday and British sports, the new menu shines a light on dishes best-loved by Brits. Highlights include Classic Shepherd's Pie, combining slow-braised lamb and beef with a creamy cheddar mash and a rich rosemary and red wine sauce.
Another classic is the Traditional Fish and Chips, served with mushy peas and tartare sauce, along with The Ivy Collection's Plant-Based Curry with sweet potato, spinach, broccoli and sundried tomatoes in a coconut curry sauce, topped with coriander and served with aromatic rice.
Sean Burbidge, executive chef at The Ivy Collection, comments: "As a restaurant that has been hosting Brits for decades, and being a bit of a British institution ourselves, this June, we want to celebrate British food, including all the flavours from around the world that have had an impact on us and, by extension, our menus."
The menu is joined by a series of floral installations adorning the doorways of The Ivy restaurants across the UK. The displays, featured at 19 sites, are a celebration of red and white blooms, punctuated with well-known British symbols such as the iconic red phone and post boxes, uniformed beefeater guards and Union Jack flags.
