Pasta Evangelists expands to City and home counties

Following the opening of its flagship Farringdon restaurant in June, Pasta Evangelists is now set to launch a succession of further locations, bringing its estate to 15 venues nationwide by the end of the year. 

The brand's new phase of growth will kick off with an opening in Guildford this month. Already serving over 350,000 portions of pasta a month across the country via takeaway and delivery, the expansion will bring a new dine-in experience to UK towns and London boroughs. 

Double-digit growth

With a successful and defined restaurant blueprint, Pasta Evangelists is looking to achieve double-digit growth throughout 2025. This starts with the launch of 10 new restaurant locations in top foodie destinations. 

Alongside the fresh pasta menu, the brand's Pasta Academy concept, which hosts pasta-making classes, is being rolled out across all restaurants.

"The City and its surrounding boroughs are thriving spots for workers in search of a delicious lunch that's hot, fresh, fast and great value for money," he adds. "Expanding out of London and into home counties like Surrey will take our fresh artisan pasta and sauces, as well as the experiential Pasta Academy, to the family market, which is a huge opportunity. 2025 signals a major milestone in our commercial journey as we continue to scale up with new and existing franchise partners."
