Get Fired Up: ucff 2025 Returns with a Feast for the Senses
The universal cookery and food festival (ucff) is back on Tuesday 16th September 2025, and it’s shaping up to be the must-attend event for foodservice professionals hungry for bold ideas and fresh collaborations. Set in the idyllic, eco-conscious surroundings of Tewinbury Farm, ucff blends field-to-fork discovery with cutting-edge culinary debate, making it more than just a festival - it's where chefs get seriously inspired.
Expect a full-on day of:
- Live demos from Michelin-starred legends including Tom Aikens, Daniel Clifford, Josh Angus and more
- Foraging walks led by Ground Up Cookery's Colin Wheeler-James
- Provocative debates on AI, ethical business, and wellness through food
- Return of the Wild Food Stage with immersive prep and sustainability insights
- A vibrant Farmers Market showcasing standout producers and suppliers
- Tours of Tewin Greens' market garden with Lloyd Harrison
Created by chefs, for chefs, ucff is more than a festival - it’s a reset for the industry. It’s where chefs, buyers, growers, and innovators come together to share ideas, challenge norms and celebrate the craft. With a portion of ticket sales supporting Tom Aikens’ Kilimanjaro Challenge for Only A Pavement Away, every plate served helps someone take a step forward.
Guests will also enjoy a day-long feast curated by Head Chef Alan Paton, Michael Eyre, Chris Brennan and Matt Wilby, using ingredients from the event’s exhibitors. And the night before, a pre-festival dinner hosted by Lee Maycock at Roots Kitchen will bring together chefs, sponsors and exhibitors for a seasonal celebration under the stars.
Tickets are £125+VAT, covering all food, talks and experiences.
