Tasca announces early residency closure

The team behind Tasca has made the difficult decision to end their residency earlier than planned.

While was originally contracted until the end of the year, the final service at Cav is now slated for Sunday, 7 September.

Out with a bang

In the final weeks, Josh Dallaway plans to go all out with Tasca’s menu, developing some imaginative dishes behind the scenes. Highlights include Iberico ham pastel de natas, black truffle baba de camelos, barbecued Segovian racks of lamb, Cornish tuna with bilbaína and much more.

Dallaway and his partner Sinead Murdoch have future collaborations and pop-ups in progress, both in London and further afield. They will also be pulling out all the stops to find a permanent site to open a restaurant.
