Sally Abé part of Fulham FC triple signing

Three top chefs have joined the culinary line-up at Fulham FC's The Riverside's matchday experience.

The football clubs says that Sally Abé, Judy Joo and Ben Murphy will reinforce the club's ambition to sit at the top of the Premier League's fine dining table.

Joo is known for her innovative Korean cuisine from the acclaimed Seoul Bird restaurants; Murphy's brings modern European flair honed at Launceston Place; while Abé's refined British classics are currently being showcased at The Bull in Charlbury, which was recently named National Pub & Bar of the Year

"As someone who appreciates tradition with a modern twist, Fulham feels like the perfect match," says Abé. "The club's heritage combined with The Riverside's innovation mirrors my own approach to British cuisine. I can't wait to showcase what we can achieve when great food meets great football."

These chefs, along with Alex Dilling and Oli Marlow, will rotate across The Gourmet restaurant, delivering seasonal menus and immersive dining experiences tailored to each fixture.

"These three exceptional chefs represent the calibre of talent we're committed to attracting to The Riverside," adds Elliot Machin, head of hospitality operations at Fulham FC. "Their combined expertise elevates our hospitality offering to world-class standards.

"As we prepare for what promises to be our most exciting season yet, we're ensuring that every aspect of the matchday experience – from the first whistle to the final course – exceeds expectations. This is the final opportunity for supporters to secure their place at what will be London's most sought-after dining and sports destination."
