Yard Sale Pizza partners with Brooklyn Brewery

London-based pizza brand Yard Sale Pizza has joined forces with Brooklyn Brewery to launch a limited-edition, Brooklyn-inspired pizza. 

Available for one month only from 3 September, the collaboration will introduce 'The Notorious P.I.E.' across all 14 Yard Sale Pizza shops across the capital for dine-in, collection or delivery, or via one of Yard Sale's 160+ pub partners. 

Inspired by Brooklyn

Garrett Oliver, Brooklyn Brewery’s renowned brewmaster since 1994, worked closely with Yard Sale on the recipe development. Inspired by Brooklyn's iconic neighbourhood pizzerias, the exclusive dish features a tomato and fior di latte base with vodka sauce and sliced chorizo, layered over Yard Sale’s signature double-fermented dough. A kick of red chilli flakes, Parmesan and oregano is added before baking, then the pizza is finished with fresh basil. A vegetarian version will also be available, swapping chorizo for Romano and Peppadew peppers. 

Nick Buckland, co-founder of Yard Sale Pizza, comments: "We've always loved the scene over in New York, and it's been great to create a brand-new pizza with Brooklyn Brewery, inspired by what's happening over there. Beer and pizza are the ultimate duo, so we're genuinely excited about this collaboration."
