Individual Restaurants launches corporate loyalty club

Individual Restaurants, the privately-owned restaurant group behind Piccolino, Riva Blu and Restaurant Bar & Grill, has introduced Club Business, claimed to be the UK's first-of-its-kind dedicated corporate dining loyalty club. 

The programme arrives as corporate entertaining makes a return. Research shows that 70% of organisations now consider corporate hospitality a core part of their strategy, while 80% of businesses plan to maintain or increase spend on events in 2025. 

With the average corporate Christmas party spend per head rising to £172, many businesses are clearly keen to invest in face-to-face connection. 

Club Business

Individual Restaurants' corporate loyalty scheme has been designed to meet this demand, offering companies a seamless booking experience alongside rewards. Club Business members will receive 10% back on all qualifying spend over £500, credited directly into their Club Business balance to reinvest in future dining and events. 

The programme builds on Club IR, the group's consumer loyalty scheme, which attracted 150,000 members during its first year. By extending the model to businesses, the operator has created a scheme that rewards both organisations and the people who manage their bookings. PAs and event planners benefit from tailored recognition, while businesses unlock milestone rewards for annual spend, exclusive invitations to seasonal menu tastings and the flexibility of concierge-style planning support. 

Club Business addresses the practical needs of corporate clients, with invoicing options available in place of card-only payments, and complimentary private dining and venue hire available nationwide across the group's 34 restaurants.
