Chet's Bar to join Chet's at The Hoxton

Chet's, the Thai-American restaurant at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush, will introduce Chet's Bar – a new drinking spot with Thai-inspired cocktails designed to pair with an LA street food-inspired menu – on 28 October.

Chet's Bar's signature serves include the Lychee Martini, a blend of Yekya, manzanilla sherry, lychee, Chet's 'Super Sour' and wakamomo; and Chet's Bloody Caesar, a mix of Baller Smoked Vodka, mezcal, dry sherry, 'Chet's Mix', lemon, tomato juice, celery, chilli salt and olive, with new drinks soon to join these Chet's classics.

Following Chet's laid-back approach to Thai-American-style dining, head chef Carolyn Or has created a bar menu made to match. Guests can tuck into savoury kimchi doughnuts with citrus aioli while sipping on a Watermelon Cooler; tuna tacos with chipotle sriracha mayo and caviar; and pulled pork sliders with a BBQ spice rub, Tajin aioli and pickled pineapple.

For something more substantial, there's the Chet's Smash Burger – a classic beef patty with American cheese, Chet's secret sauce, chilli, pickles and fries; and the Hot Chicken Sandwich – Thai chilli-glazed chicken thighs, dill pickles, Thai basil aioli and fries.
