Pizza Punks launches in-house delivery service
Independent restaurant chain Pizza Punks has launched a new in-house delivery service, bringing handmade, San Franciscan-inspired pizzas straight to customers' doors.
The group is now delivering directly across several UK locations, including Newcastle, Leeds and Glasgow, with Belfast, Nottingham and Liverpool to roll out in November. It pledges to deliver pizzas in 30 minutes or less, with customers receiving 50% off their first order to celebrate the launch.
Special delivery
In a strategic shift towards an independent service, Pizza Punks, part of the Hell Yeah Hospitality Group, is reimagining the delivery experience. The new 'Dough to Door' model features an in-house team of dedicated drivers in a bid to ensure every order arrives hot and fresh.
The service covers up to a three-mile radius from each restaurant, with every pizza made fresh to order using the brand's signature sourdough.
Brad Stevens, CEO of Hell Yeah Hospitality, comments: "Pizza Punks has always been about rebellion, challenging the norm and doing things our own way. By bringing delivery in-house, we're putting our people and our customers first. It's about owning the full journey, from dough to door, ensuring the best possible experience, without the costly fees or compromises of third-party platforms."
