Fallow team announce new chef in residence

Restaurateurs Will Murray, Jack Croft and James Robson have announced that Nokx Majozi has joined their flagship restaurant Fallow as its new chef in residence.

Majozi (pictured) is formerly the acclaimed head pie maker at London's Holborn Dining Room.

The new role marks a first for Fallow and will allow chefs like Majozi to lend their skillset to the team for a flexible period.

Working closely with Murray and Croft, Majozi will develop a regularly changing pie offering, as well as introducing a pâté en croûte and numerous other dishes to the menu.

She will also play a key role in evolving Fallow’s nose-to-tail philosophy, lending her expertise to the whole-animal butchery programme and helping to expand the team’s house-made charcuterie, ensuring every part of the animal is used with intention and creativity.

Fallow was founded in May 2019, but found a permanent home in St James’s in November 2021. Other restaurants in the group are FOWL, close to Fallow, and Roe in Wood Wharf
