Senior team revealed for Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen
The Cumberland Hotel, owned by the Clermont Hotel Group, has announced the appointments of a new general manager and head chef, ahead of the opening of Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London.
The UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen will be overseen by new general manager Santino Cicciari, with Kyle Lewis looking after back-of-house as head chef.
Cicciari brings over 20 years of experience across luxury restaurants and five-star hospitality in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Lewis has nearly two decades of experience at the highest level of international hospitality, with his career spanning some of the world’s most respected kitchens, including Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, three-Michelin-starred Per Se in New York and Michelin-starred and multi-AA Rosette hotels across the UK and Europe.
"Santino and Kyle bring exceptional calibre, deep industry expertise and a shared commitment to delivering world class hospitality," says Pedro Da Silva, general manager of The Cumberland Hotel. "Their leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, and we’re delighted to be welcoming them to the team."
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London marks the much-anticipated arrival of one of Gordon Ramsay’s most recognisable restaurant brands to the UK, following launches in eight locations, including Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Miami, Washington D.C and Ibiza.
Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland will occupy a new space set across 7,500 sq ft within The Cumberland Hotel, with a capacity of over 200 covers, including four chefs’ tables and a dedicated bar area.
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel opens in April 2026.
