Individual Restaurants appoints new F&B director

Individual Restaurants, the group behind Piccolino, Riva Blu, Restaurant Bar & Grill and Forbici, has appointed Lee Bull as group food and beverage director.

The group says the newly created role brings together food, beverage and kitchen operations under a single, focused leadership structure, designed to elevate standards, accelerate innovation and ensure a consistent, premium guest experience across the group’s multi-brand portfolio.

Bull joins from sushi brand SUSHISAMBA, where he oversaw global kitchen operations across 12 markets, managing food sales of over £100m.

He played a central role in the performance of SUSHISAMBA’s London sites, including Covent Garden and Heron Tower.

Earlier roles include executive chef at Soho Farmhouse and culinary director at HIX Restaurant Group, working alongside Mark Hix to develop distinctive, ingredient-led propositions across a portfolio of high-profile London restaurants.

"We have built strong, much-loved brands that are rooted in great food, exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences," says Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants. "As we look ahead, our ambition is to take that to the next level, investing in our offer, evolving our menus and continuing to surprise and delight our guests.

"Lee’s appointment is a key moment in that journey. He brings a rare combination of creativity, operational expertise and global perspective, with a track record of delivering at scale without compromising on quality. With Lee leading our food and beverage strategy, we are well placed to accelerate innovation and shape the future of our brands."
