Gavin Gosnell joins The Evolv Collection

The Evolv Collection has announced the appointment of Gavin Gosnell as operations director. 

He joins from the Martin Williams-led group from The Ivy Collection, where he also served as operations director. 

The appointment of Gosnell follows a period of significant senior investment at The Evolv Collection. His arrival builds on the recent appointment of Miller Prada as group culinary consultant, as the group pursues its goal of expanding to more than 100 venues globally by 2030.

Alongside this, The Evolv Collection has announced the promotion of Lara Bugle from head of marketing to marketing director.
