Adam Byatt announces new Wandsworth Italian

Adam Byatt, chef-owner of Michelin-star Clapham restaurant Trinity, has announced his first new neighbourhood project in over a decade.

Rosina, an Italian-inspired restaurant, will open this summer in Wandsworth. It marks Byatt's first professional venture into Italian cooking.

Named after his daughter Rosie, the restaurant will include a large dining room, stand-alone bar, terrace and private dining room (with its own private terrace).

The restaurant will seat 50 covers, plus an additional 25 on the terrace. It will be open seven days a week from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 5:30pm to 10pm. Several of Byatt’s current longstanding team members from front- and back-of-house will join Rosina.

“What I want to achieve with Rosina is simple really," says the chef. "I want people to feel better in leaving than when they were arriving. I want them to appreciate - even if they don’t notice them all - the thousand small things that we do and have created to make them feel good. That’s what I strive to achieve in my restaurants. The menu is a tribute to the most well-loved cuisine in the world, and I can’t wait to share it with this London neighbourhood."
