ASK Italian reveals its new spring menu
ASK Italian has announced the launch of its new spring menu, which the Azzurri Group business says is inspired by ‘The Italian Way’ of dining.
The new menu features a selection of seasonal, sharing dishes designed to be passed around the table.
Following the recent launch of its Pizza A Mano concept – stone baked 14-inch pizzas – the new spring menu introduces lighter mains and salads that have been curated to sit alongside Pizza A Mano.
New dishes include the Mediterranean Sea Bass, served with olives, capers, tomatoes, potatoes and tender seasonal greens; a Mozzarella Grain Salad, featuring buckwheat and quinoa grains with Italian mozzarella and roasted vegetables; and an Artichoke Grain Salad for those opting for a vegan option.
ASK Italian is also introducing a Chocostachio Bombe dessert with a metled chocolate sauce.
Alongside the mains, ASK says the revamped spring drinks menu leans into the cultural zeitgeist with its Hot Honey Margarita. The brand has also launched a Pepperoni Negroni, paired with a side of house-made Pepperoni Chips.
“At its heart, Italian dining is a generous occasion, all about a fuller table for everyone to enjoy," says Jemma Townsend, marketing director at ASK Italian. "Our new menu celebrates this ‘Italian way of dining’, inviting the joy of passing plates and discovering new flavours together. Whether you’re diving into a Pizza a Mano with the whole family or are curious enough to try a Pepperoni Negroni – yes, it’s a thing, and yes, it’s delicious – this menu is all about big, bold flavours that gets people talking.”
