Former Nobu chef unveils new CÉ LA VI menu

CÉ LA VI London has unveiled a new menu by newly appointed executive chef Elton Zaka.

The business says the menu introduces a fresh culinary direction for the rooftop drinking and dining destination, sat above Paddington Square.

The new menu introduces a selection of small plates, raw dishes and grilled items. Highlights include glazed Eggplant Miso with miso gochujang
paste and sesame, alongside Baby Squid paired with strawberry kimchi, shiso and Chinese cabbage.

Seasonal dishes include Heritage Tomato and Watermelon salad with compressed watermelon, lemon dressing and almond flakes.

With over 19 years of international culinary experience, Zaka joined CÉ LA VI London following roles at restaurants including SUSHISAMBA London, Nobu Old Park Lane and Amazónico London, as well as luxury hospitality destinations across Greece.

"This menu is a reflection of everything I love about modern dining, layered flavour, clean execution and dishes designed to be shared and experienced together," he says. "We wanted to create something vibrant and memorable that celebrates both Asian influence and seasonal produce while matching the energy of CÉ LA VI London."
