Cut & Craft completes £1.5m expansion

British steak restaurant The Cut & Craft has completed the £1.5m expansion of its Leeds restaurant.

Located in Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft now spans 12,375 sq ft and includes the addition of two private dining rooms on the first floor, a new bar area and a dedicated stage on the ground floor to cater to late-evening entertainment and live music.

The reinvestment takes the overall number of covers to 370.

"Our reputation is synonymous with not only a premium menu, but also a luxurious atmosphere, and our newly launched Victoria Quarter space will undoubtedly live up to that," says Darioush Shahidi, operations director at The Cut & Craft. "Our decision to reinvest into the destination comes as a direct result of the staggering success we have experienced thus far, and we know our trajectory will continue to climb ever higher as we’re now able to welcome more guests than ever before."

Victoria Leeds, where the restaurant is located, is owned and operated by Redical

"The Cut & Craft wholeheartedly demonstrates the standard and quality we work to cultivate, and this significant reinvestment from the brand into Victoria Leeds demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting and nurturing independent businesses in the city," adds James Edmondson, asset manager at Redical.
