The Ivy Asia introduces Sushi Push Pops

The Ivy Asia has introduced Sushi Push Pops, a new menu addition that transforms sushi into an interactive dining experience for younger diners.

Launching across The Ivy Asia restaurants nationwide, the new Sushi Push Pops layer maki rolls inside a push-up tube, complete with a soy sauce pipette, allowing children to push and dip their sushi.

Available in two varieties, guests can choose from a Salmon and Avocado Maki Roll, topped with daikon cress and toasted sesame, or a Cucumber and Avocado Maki Roll, finished with mizuna and masago arare.

The new creation joins The Ivy Asia's Super Kids Menu, priced at £15.95 including a dessert, or can be ordered as a standalone dish for £12.95.

"We've seen a real rise in younger diners developing a taste for sushi, and wanted to create something that captures that enthusiasm in a way that's fun, interactive and unmistakably The Ivy Asia," says Simon Gregory, executive chef at The Ivy Asia. "The Sushi Push Pops celebrate the craftsmanship and flavours of traditional sushi while presenting it in a format that encourages children to explore new flavours with confidence. It's a playful addition that we hope will make family dining even more memorable this summer."

Sushi Push Pops are available for a limited time throughout the school holidays.
