SoBe Burger heads to Swindon

SoBe Burger has marked another milestone in its rapid UK expansion with the opening of its new dine-in restaurant in Swindon.

Swindon arrives just a week after SoBe's Leamington Spa opening. It offers 20 covers and serves the brand's signature Miami-style smash burgers, loaded fries and wings.

The brand, which competed at the 2026 National Burger Awards, continues to be grown by franchise business Sessions.

Now operating from 229 active sites across the UK, including 19 QSR locations, SoBe Burger has become the country's fourth-largest burger franchise. The brand has served more than 9.4m burgers nationwide through its delivery network and continues to expand its dine-in footprint alongside its delivery operation.

The growth platform uses proprietary AI-powered delivery data to identify optimal locations for bricks-and-mortar restaurants, following strong delivery performance achieved through its nationwide network of delivery kitchens.

Sessions initially rolls brands out across a small group of sites to assess demand and operational performance, before committing to wider expansion.

"Our model is built on proving demand before we scale to ensure reliable success for not only us, but the original brand owner," says CEO Dan Warne. "Once a brand demonstrates sustained traction, we move quickly and confidently to grow it nationally. SoBe Burger shows exactly how that approach works in practice - evolving from a delivery-led concept into a fast growing national franchise."
