Fallow team acquire OXO Tower restaurant

The trio behind acclaimed London restaurant Fallow have acquired the OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie.

James Robson, Jack Croft and Will Murray, who also run fried chicken concept FOWL and Canary Wharf site Roe, say that there are no immediate plans to change the name or concept of the famous location.

The restaurant will remain open and continue to trade as normal. Robson, Croft and Murray will spend the coming months working closely with the 
existing OXO team, led by head of OXO Mark Hastings, as they look towards 2027 and beyond.

“We couldn't resist the opportunity to take on such an iconic London restaurant," says Robson. "The eighth-floor views are world famous, but just as important to us is the brilliant team already behind OXO. Our first job is to listen, support them and understand the business properly. We're not coming in to change everything overnight; over time, we want to bring some additional character and energy to the restaurant and help realise the full potential of this incredible site."

Opened by Harvey Nichols in 1996, the restaurant occupies the eighth floor of the landmark OXO Tower on London's South Bank, with its famous terrace and panoramic views across the Thames.
