P.F. Chang's arrives at Westfield Startford

P.F. Chang’s, one of America’s most recognisable Pan-Asian restaurant brands, has opened a new restaurant at Westfield Stratford City.

Founded in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s arrived in the UK in 2017 with the opening of its first European restaurant near Leicester Square. It operates more than 300 restaurants across 23 countries.

Located on the second floor near Westfield’s food court, the second London restaurant spans 464 sq m and has seating for 166 guests.

The menu showcases the brand’s Asian-inspired dishes, including Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp, all offered through a halal menu.

“P.F. Chang’s has built a passionate global following because we deliver something truly distinctive - bold, craveable food, incredible culinary energy and a level of hospitality that makes every visit feel special,” says Jim Mazany, CEO of P.F. Chang’s.

“Westfield Stratford City is an important next step in expanding our presence in the UK. East London is vibrant, diverse and full of energy, and that makes it a great fit for P.F. Chang’s. We can’t wait to open our doors, welcome the community and show both longtime fans and first-time guests what makes the P.F. Chang’s experience so special.”

Arif Jivraj is the retail franchise operator of P.F. Chang’s in the UK.
