Everly Hotels Collection opens debut venue

An East Sussex hotel situated 15 minutes from Brighton has launched following a multi-million-pound investment.

The White Horses is the first property in the Everly Hotels Collection portfolio. It offers 32 guestrooms, three of which are dog-friendly, and a 290-seater restaurant complete with outside terraces – all with clear sea views – and a brand-new bar.

The hotel bar and restaurant have in-house chefs and mixologists focused on sourcing fresh, quality and innovative ingredients, offering seasonal classics with a twist. 

The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus place regional and British produce centre stage, with the restaurant's signature seafood platter inspired by the venue's coastal location.
