Pieminister launches in Derby

Pieminister has opened its latest restaurant in a former betting shop on Victoria Street in Derby. 

The venue serves the brand's full range of pies, including the steak and ale Moo and chicken and ham Free Ranger, along with newcomers such as the plant-based Mooless moo, a selection of lighter filo pastry pies and several gluten-free choices. A 2-4-1 cocktail offer is also available all day, every day, with the Bottomless Brunch offered on Saturdays and Sundays. 

The independent, family-run business is well known for its presence at festivals, in food halls and for featuring on pub menus, with the Derby venue joining the group's growing portfolio of permanent sites. 

Pieminister is also a certified B Corp, part of a global business community that meets high standards of social and environmental impact. The group is also close to sending zero waste to landfill across the entire business and is on a mission to make 100% of its packaging fully recyclable or reusable.
