The Stock Room to open at London Stock

A new private dining room is set to launch at an award-winning, recently relocated restaurant in Mayfair this month.

London Stock, which was recently featured in the Michelin Guide and currently boasts three AA Rosettes, is preparing launch The Stock Room – a 20-seater private dining room located beneath the restaurant.

From 22 February, guests will be able to enjoy chef-patron Sebastian Rast's seasonally-inspired tasting menu from the secluded comfort of The Stock Room. To mark the launch, Rast's famed seasonal wellingtons will return to the menu exclusively for Stock Room guests.

Other new creations will make an appearance on the four-course set menu as the seasons change, including a quail roulade and rhubarb hibiscus entremet, along with London Stock's established favourites such as the smoked burrata with beetroot, pistachio and dark balsamic, and the cherry tomato risotto with basil, parmesan and white tomato foam.

Guests will be escorted to The Stock Room via the restaurant upstairs, descending the staircase and, upon entering, will be greeted by a geometric table dividing the room. Rich jewel tones will be prevalent throughout the space, illuminated by warm lighting and framed by the restaurant's impressive wine selection.

Founded by Cordon Bleu-trained Assem Abdel Hady and Andres Bernal, London Stock opened at its original Wandsworth site in 2020. Following its success, the concept moved to its new Mayfair home in October 2023.

Chef Rast says of The Stock Room's upcoming opening: "Since relocating to Mayfair late last year, we've loved welcoming familiar faces as well as new ones to London Stock. We've worked hard to make The Stock Room into something that feels really special and different from our classic dining experience. My team and I have developed a new menu that reflects this, welcoming back some familiar favourites alongside some really exciting specials, always changing with the seasons."
