New head chef joins Eastway Brasserie

A restaurant located within Andaz London Liverpool Street has announced the appointment of Pedro Costa as its new head chef.

Chef Costa brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Eastway Brasserie. Originally from Portugal, Costa has refined his culinary skills through a diverse career that covers small, intimate restaurants as well as large, esteemed hospitality groups. Some of his past roles include working with the ETM Group and the exclusive Soho House, where he played a key part in creating innovative menus and dining experiences.

Costa says of his new role: "Cooking, for me, is more than a profession; it's an art form that allows me to blend cultures, flavours and emotions to create unforgettable experiences.

"I'm thrilled to join Hyatt Hotels and bring my passion for cooking to the team. Together, let's create extraordinary culinary experiences for our guests."
