Jeremy Brown joins Noble Restaurants as culinary director

Jeremy Brown has been appointed the new culinary director for a restaurant group based in the capital. 

With a career spanning three decades, Jeremy Brown brings a wealth of experience to his new role at the Noble Restaurants group. 

In his new position, Brown will oversee culinary operations across three concepts in the Noble portfolio: Angus Steakhouse, Steak & Company and Alley Cats Pizza.

Brown's culinary background

In his previous position as group executive chef at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, Brown led the culinary direction across 27 venues. 

He has also held chef positions at the Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, Hotel Café Royal and Rhubarb at the Sky Garden.
