Zizzi partners with Mental Health Foundation

Zizzi has announced a brand new partnership with the Mental Health Foundation, which will see it raise £1m for the charity that specialises in mental health prevention research and action.

To kick-start the partnership, Zizzi is offering diners the chance to ‘Donate a Discount’ as part of a brand new rewards programme that aims to better reflect the changing tastes of modern diners.

The programme – which will give customers the choice of 25% off their meal or donating the same value to the Mental Health Foundation – is in response to research that found the more philanthropic and socially-minded diner would rather contribute to the greater good (67%) than benefit personally (33%) from a deal.

Through the partnership, Zizzi aims to not only raise funds to support the work of the Mental Health Foundation, but to provide a way for its staff and diners to connect with each other and the many services available that support good mental health.

“The partnership with the Mental Health Foundation enables us to raise money for a fantastic cause and is something we hope our teams and diners will really support,” says Ruth Jackson, people director at Zizzi. “Mental health affects many people in the UK and our aim is to raise £1m to help support good mental health as well as supporting our staff and diners.”
