Yard Sale Pizza raises £10k for NHS fund

Yard Sale Pizza, which launched a NHS fund on 27 March, has already raised £10,000 via its online donation page.
The Yard Sale Pizza team has also been operating regular pizza drops to its local hospitals over the past couple of weeks – Homerton, Whipps Cross, and The Royal London Hospital – and alongside its NHS fund, it is aiming to feed 5,000 NHS staff in the coming weeks.
The restaurant has teamed up with supplier Salvo 1968 to donate enough pizza to feed 1,000 people so far.
Yard Sale is taking donations of £10, £20 or £50 through a dedicated page on its merch store.
This is a non-profit scheme and any donation made will go solely towards Yard Sale getting pizza directly to NHS staff.
