Nessa coming to Soho this Autumn

This Autumn will see the launch of Nessa – a new, modern British bistro in Soho.

The restaurant is the latest concept from Guy Ivesha, founder of Maslow's (Mortimer House, Mortimer House Kitchen, Fitzrovia) and Tom Cenci (Loyal Tavern, Duck and Waffle), who will take on the role of executive chef.

The informal bistro will sit on the corner of Brewer and Warwick Streets, with Cenci serving a menu of classic yet contemporary seasonal dishes.

Inspired by the history of Soho, Vanaessa Bell and other creatives of the bohemian movement, the menu will draw on British influences and Cenci's passion for global flavours.

The 98-cover restaurant will reside on the ground floor of the new 1 Warwick members' house in a renovated 1910 neo-baroque building.

"I'm so pleased to bring our new restaurant, Nessa, to the lively streets of London's Soho," says Ivesha. "Following our opening of Mortimer House Kitchen in 2017, just a few streets away from Fitzrovia, I can't think of a better setting for the newest addition to the Maslow's family. I'm also excited to be working with Tom, our executive chef, whose menu wil be paying tribute to the artists and creative spirit of the neighbourhood."
