Finalists of inaugural Freakshake Challenge revealed

Finalists for a new and exciting element of the 2024 National Burger Awards have been announced, with this year's event playing host to the first-ever Freakshake Challenge. 

The National Burger Awards marks its 10th anniversary this year, with the likes of Bleecker, Black Bear Burger, Fattso and Bun & Sum set to face off at the 2024 event in a bid to claim the National Burger of the Year, Burger Chef of the Year and Plant-Based Burger of the Year titles.

Alongside the live burger-cooking showdown, 16 brands will go head-to-head in the Freakshake Challenge, sponsored by Horlicks, the winner of which will claim the Freakshake of the Year crown. The event will take place at London's Big Penny Social on 20 February.
