Shoryu Ramen to open 12th location
A brand known for its 12-hour Hakata tonkotsu ramen has announced that its latest location will launch in the heart of Westfield Stratford City this summer.
Set to open in the World Food Court in July, Shoryu Ramen's 12th outpost brings the concept to diners in East London. Located in prime position at 211 The Balcony, the new ramen bar will occupy a 79m squared space, open Monday to Saturday 11.30am to 9pm and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday.
The interior will be adorned with traditional noren curtains, lanterns and wooden menu boards evoking the popular ramen bars of Hakata.
