Twine unveiled at Ansty Hall

Exclusive Collection has announced the launch of Twine, a new restaurant set within Ansty Hall in Warwickshire.

Following a meticulous restoration of the Grade II-listed Georgian manor, Twine offers guests a new culinary journey inspired by Ansty’s storied past.

The restaurant draws its name from Ansty’s history as a hub for weaving, when Coventry’s ribbon-weaving trade flourished. Led by executive chef Ryan Swift, Twine highlights fresh local ingredients, with innovative touches that reflect the region's history.

Dining at Twine

Guests can expect a menu that celebrates local flavours, embracing British classics with notes of Indian influences to create a signature taste.

“We’re excited to introduce Twine to our guests at Ansty Hall,” says Swift. “Our menu reflects the craftsmanship of the Warwickshire region, with each dish designed to bring familiar flavours to life in unexpected ways.”

Located in the heart of Warwickshire, Ansty Hall has undergone an extensive renovation, with revitalized interiors that reflect the area’s cultural and industrial heritage. Designed by Russell Sage and Trevellion, the interiors combine organic materials with earthy tones and regionally crafted art.
