Restaurants urged to sign up for National Steak Day

National Steak Day is back for its second year on Saturday 25 April, and is looking to showcase UK restaurants serving incredible steaks that champion quality produce.

To be part of the action, restaurants will need to offer at least one steak on their menu at a 25% discount for the day, or provide a special menu with added value to customers.

In return, restaurants will receive their own dedicated page on the National Steak Day website, highlighting their steak offering, and the website is available to update with news and menus year-round.

“We had a fantastic number of restaurants who signed up last year and this year we are looking to expand our reach more outside of London,” comments National Steak Day founder Nathan Evans.

“We know there are incredible steak restaurants across the UK and we want them to sign up so we can promote the fantastic work they are doing.”

Participating restaurants can extend their steak offer to last a week, or even the whole month of April, due to customer feedback last year mentioning that people wanted to visit more than one restaurant, yet they were limited to just one day.

In 2019, more than 150 restaurants took part, and this year National Steak Day is aiming to reach over 800 operators.

To sign up is free, and interested restaurants can do so here.
