Rosa's Thai Cafe to open in Waterloo next month

Rosa’s Thai Cafe will launch its latest restaurant in Waterloo on Monday 5 October, offering 50% off food only for pre-booked tables on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October.

Founded in 2008 by chef Saiphin Moore, Rosa’s offers dishes using seasonal ingredients, including Moore’s signature red butternut curry with sweet basil and drunken noodles with galangal.

The discount for diners applies between 12-3pm and 5-8pm across the soft launch weekend.

Bookings are essential, and subject to availability; the restaurant is located at 77 The Cut, Waterloo.

There are currently 20 Rosa’s Thai Cafe sites in London, Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester.
