Restaurant operators provide festive food at Swingers
Crazy golf food and drink concept Swingers is reopening its doors on Friday 4 December at its West End and City venues with renowned dining names on board, having transformed both into a winter wonderland.
Restaurant operators serving festive food to guests include pizzas from Made of Dough and Pizza Pilgrims, tacos from Breddos and burgers from Patty & Bun.
Dishes on the festive street food-inspired menus include Made of Dough's sausage and sprouts pizza with Brussels sprouts, pancetta, fennel sausage stuffing, mozzarella and chilli; roast duck carnitas tacos with plum mole and ginger from Mexican operator Breddos; a limited-edition Golden Bear burger from Patty & Bun, comprising with an aged beef patty, smoked Applewood cheddar, bacon and double American cheese; and Pizza Pilgrims’ It’s A Wonderful Slice Bianca pizza with mortadella, pistachio cream and buffalo mozzarella – with a mince pie calzone also available (pictured, right).
Both venues near Oxford Circus and the Gherkin have been set up adhering to social distancing, and the provision of food means both can continue to operate if London moves to Tier 3 restrictions at any point.
Seasonal packages are available for guests, many inclusive of unlimited drinks.
Swingers is owned by Cain International, which recently acquired Prezzo, the pizza concept led by Karen Jones.
