Vegan restaurant to pop up in Covent Garden for Veganuary

Erpingham House - a plant-based restaurant with sites in Norwich and Brighton - is popping up in Covent Garden for three weeks in January 2021, coinciding with Veganuary.

Kicking off on Saturday 5 January at The James Street Collective, the menu will focus on the versatility of vegetables and will encompass a variety of global flavours.

The restaurants' 21-year-old executive chef Megan Greenacre will take the helm, creating the menu that will be available during the evenings from Wednesday through to Sunday.

Following the success of the flagship restaurant (the largest vegan restaurant in the UK), Erpingham House expanded this year and opened a second outpost in Brighton during the pandemic after securing £250,000 investment.

The Norwich and Brighton restaurants are free from single-use plastic, and the London pop-up will also follow suit.

The James Street Collective, a multi-faceted venue comprising a co-working space, cafe, and restaurant, will be dressed as Erpingham House – guests can expect pink blush interiors, modern touches and botanical features.
