Flesh & Buns creates meal kit

Flesh & Buns, the Japanese Izakaya-inspired restaurant concept with sites in Covent Garden and Fitzrovia, has launched its first at-home kits, available for nationwide delivery.

The bao kit contains everything customers need to recreate Flesh & Buns' signature crispy piglet belly buns at home, including six buns, piglet belly, pickled apples, karashi miso and shiso leaves.

Each kit serves two and is priced at £27.50, or £35 including a bamboo bun steamer.

The kits are available seven days a week from Restaurant Kits, a new business launched by operators including Mac & Wild, for delivery two days after ordering.
