Hakkasan's virtual taco brand launches poké collab

Hakkasan Group’s virtual Mexican pop-up brand Casa Calavera has announced its latest collaborative effort, this time with poké concept Honi Poke.

Available exclusively for delivery from 1June, the Honi Poke Taco unites Mexican cooking techniques with Honi Poke’s responsibly sourced seafood.

The Honi Poke Taco will see a nori taco shell fried in sea salt batter until it’s light and crispy, and then filled with a layer of sushi rice which will be topped with raw salmon in a yuzu marinade, yuzu caviar, and micro herbs and garnished with edible flowers.

Hakkasan's Casa Calavera brand is now approaching its one-year anniversary, after being launched in response to national lockdown restrictions on the hospitality sector.

The Honi Poke Taco will cost £14 for one portion (two tacos) and will be available from 1-30 June within 2.5 miles of St James via Deliveroo.
