Fridays launches new burger range

Fridays has launched an eight-strong burger range, including some new creations alongside some improved recipes, which are now available at all UK restaurants.

The range features Fridays’ 'new and improved' steak burger made from Red Tractor farm assured 100% British beef, which is served in new soft brioche-style seeded buns with house fries.

New dishes include the Towering Inferno, with Habanero relish and jalapeños; the Louisiana Hot Mess, which is Fridays' new chicken burger with crispy buttermilk chicken breast soaked with Frank’s RedHot sauce and served with a blue cheese dip; and Meat the Beef, with slow cooked and pulled barbacoa beef brisket piled high on top of a Fridays steak burger, topped with beef gravy and crispy onions, and more beef gravy for dipping.

Plant-based options include To Vegan and Beyond, featuring a Beyond burger topped with grilled flat cap mushroom, smoked applewood vegan cheese and vegan mayo served on a vegan bun with truffle and garlic aioli.

Customisable options

Customers can choose to couble or triple stack their burger; add pulled barbacoa beef brisket or smoked bacon; and upgrade or load their fries, choosing between sweet potato, rosti potato or garlic fries and toppings of Frank’s RedHot sauce, onions, blue cheese dressing and candied maple bacon and cheese sauce.

To celebrate the launch Fridays is running a limited-time promotion, Burgers & Bubbles, which sees guests try one of the new burgers and pair it with a Fridays American Pilsner, prosecco or endless refill soda for free.

Customers are invited to download the Fridays Rewards app to get exclusive access to the deal, valid from 3-26 August 2021.
